There are two one-bedroom units at this development and both are wheelchair accessible. These apartments were built in 1954 and are duplex and town house styles. Each unit has a full basement with washer and dryer hook ups. Residents pay 27% of adjusted gross income for rent, along with cable, telephone, gas hot water, oil heat and electricity. This property is funded through the Department of Housing & Community Development. Eligible local residents and veterans receive preference.
